Growing up in a small town with big dreams, I've always been hungry to work and learn more about business. Fashion and how I dress was something that came natural to me. Being the youngest of 4, sometimes the best way to get everyone's attention was by wearing the hammy-downs from my brother in ways that didn't match, but seeing everyone's reaction grew my interest in clothes, and how people are more likely to ask how about your outfit before they ask "how are you?".
Starting out collecting trash and cleaning up offices at a young age taught me to set goals, be disciplined, and respect the environment around me. Seeing how professionals dressed for work everyday kept me interested. Doing mindless work at a young age I was always daydreaming of what it was like to own a clothing brand, walking down the runway, and why people were so attracted to the culture and lifestyles of a brand.
School was always something I struggled with. The classroom environment was a distracting environment for me. Once I was 14 I began taking Entrepreneurship seriously, reading books and educating myself in fields I had interest in was something I thrived in.
Going to Ithaca College was the best thing for me. Learning about marketing plans, strategies, and holding myself accountable. I learned quickly that doing what's best for me is how I will succeed.
Being in a field that I feel confident in to provide the best service for the company is important to me. I am young, recently moved to Winter Garden, Florida to run my business. Looking for a part-time or full-time job to continue my journey in the fashion world.
Since I can remember I always had a ball in my hand. Through ball I made some of my closet friends to this day. Playing AAU for my local team, Syracuse Select. We won 18U Nationals in 2014, I was 14 at the time.
I began skating at 10, I felt free to express myself and loved the danger, the commitment to the trick. Committing yourself to the same trick over and over until you finally get it is one of my favorite feelings.
Reading showed me there is a whole different world out there. Providing thoughts and ideas that I wouldn't have known unless I read.
