As the owner of small home repair and remodeling company who takes on a wide variety of work; from exterior home repair and additions such as decks, pavilions, outdoor living spaces, to interior kitchen/bath/ and basement remodels. Some of my responsibilities include:

• Prospect new business using a variety of method including marketing, referrals, trade shows, and networking.
• Meet with customers to establish project plan and follow up with timely estimates and project drawings.
• Coordinate projects, hire on subs when needed, work with outside contractors ensuring quality and project deadlines.
• Work directly with building material suppliers and equipment rental reps to obtain premium pricing and service.
• Be the first point of contact for my customers, before during and after a project. Always ensuring 100% customer satisfaction before collecting final payments.

• Sell and promote Koorsen’s list of core services and products to attain New Business/Customers
• Manage accounts effectively to ensure customer/territory retention and growth
• Perform customer surveys, outside sales calls, cold calls, and the accountability of pipeline activity.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas set for personal territory growth.

• Inspect Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hose, Emergency, Exit Lights, and Kitchen Hood Suppression Systems.
• Sell new Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hoses, Emergency and Exit Lights.
• Ensure customers understand the products and systems we maintain on their property.
• Provide sales team with solid lead opportunities to capture new business or unattained services in existing customer accounts.
