-Honed time management skills, often being the only driver to handle deliveries, dishes, and dough preparation

-Show up every day with a good attitude and be ready to go to work

-Traveled to races for team and worked in any way possible - pre race inspection, pit stops, loading/unloading, minor repairs, adjustments, some wrenching on the car here and there.

-Began to learn the workings of a racecar, with the pleasure of tying things learned from UNOH in with what I was doing in a real world scenario, particularily with the cars suspension; trackbar adjustments, packers, shims, pulling shocks/springs and replacing them, basics.

-Ready to be anywhere at anytime at a moments notice when at the track

-Keep an open mind, with willingness to try new things and learn new skills

-Maintain a professional image and represent the team in a positive way

-Gained valuable experience in multi tasking - self paced based on how many tables I was willing to take on

-Learned professionalism with people, employers, and fellow employees

-Practiced attention to detail in everything I did

-My first job. Learned to interact with strangers in a professional, presentable way
