As a Field Director & ERG Lead at At Home Group, I manage the profitable operation of a retailer with an emphasis on developing and maintaining a high-performing team through continuous improvement of talent. I have over a decade of experience in the customer service industry, specializing in human resources, employee relations, recruiting, talent management, Oracle HRIS systems, and E-Commerce. I leverage corporate operational guidelines, conduct P&L analysis, and navigate a global low-labor fleet model to drive sustainable growth for the company. I am also a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the organizational spectrum. I lead the Employee Resource Group (ERG) for LGBTQ+ employees and allies, and implement research and development projects to foster a culture of respect, belonging, and empowerment. I am currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources management and a SHRM certification, to further enhance my skills and knowledge in this field. I have a background in fashion merchandising, and I am a former city, state, and regional title holder within the LGBTQ+ community, championing the platform of anti-bullying and suicide awareness for LGBTQ+ youth.
