Lead youth program development in training new staff for various elementary after school programs.

Assist with parent conferences and maintain communication with YMCA management staff and parents about the behavior and activities of the student.

Maintains the program site from start of program to close of program daily.

Maintains positive relationship with students, staff and parents and participates in YMCA school year and summer family programs.
