Brake Press Operator
Verify Job packet and material
Punch angled steel
Stacked Finished product in specific bundle sizes for customers
maintain a clean and safe work environment
Sheer Press Operator
cut angled steel per specified lengths
stacked finished steel per specific bundle size to go to brake press
Paintline Bundler
verify job packet with material thats on the Paintline
bundle bars coming off the Paintline into specific bundle sizes
Keep and eye on any bars that may be cracked,split and make sure proper paint coverage
Paintline Hanger
verify job packet and material and make sure its whats on the paintline
Powder Coating Booth Operator
maintain proper paint coverage on product
preform color change overs which require cleaning the floor, cleaning out the paint booth, blowing out paint gun lines, cleaning out paint guns and gun blocks to remove any previous excess paint.
Daily paper work that includes checking paint thickness on material with a mil gauge, maintaining proper line speed and making sure the bars are curing.
Sometimes i may have to help out the hangers and bundler if they need help, brake times or if they need to leave the work area.
also train new employees at both hanging and bundling
