Delivered frontline technical support for faculty, staff, and students across a K–12 educational environment. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and account-related issues for both Windows and ChromeOS devices, along with managing auditorium audio-visual systems and event technology operations through a stipend position. • Provide Tier I technical support for staff and students, troubleshooting hardware, software, and account issues across Windows and ChromeOS devices.
• Administer and manage Google Workspace for Education, Google Admin Console, GoGuardian, and PowerSchool.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain district devices while supporting classroom technology and end-user training.
• Assist with endpoint security administration and monitoring using ThreatLocker and SentinelOne.
• Virtualized a legacy Windows XP-based HVAC control system due to hardware failure, restoring functionality and extending the operational life of critical building infrastructure.
• Manage auditorium audio-visual systems, including a Yamaha TF5 digital mixer and Dante networked audio infrastructure.
• Provide live sound, video support, and technical troubleshooting for school events, performances, and assemblies.

• Supervise and manage a team of salespeople, providing support, motivation, and targets
• Provide mentoring of new hires and organize monthly training program for sales team in regards to assigned metrics
• Produce weekly performance reports for the Sales Manager
• Open and close store independently when needed
