Matthew Gano

I started off working at the commissary and our Ace location in September of 24. Did tons of food prep every morning slicing grinding and seasoning meat and prepping veggies; November was when the business peaked and the owner started training me to work the hub and manage the other truck. This job taught me a lot more about customer service prepping and cooking as well as managing a business.

At amazon I opened safety areas for water spiders and oversaw inventory unloading in our 176 forklift dock. I worked a variety of positions there all around the warehouse; however i was mainly outbound working our inventory dock sending supplies to other facilities. Learned a lot of team building using warehouse equipment and forklift safety this was my first overnight position. I was laid off by Amazon along with over half the facility after peak season ended (Christmas prime).

I was at little Caesars for around 9-10 months starting off as a crew member and finishing as co manager. My responsibilities varied day to day i worked 6 days a week making sure everything was running smooth. I managed the schedules and closes making sure everyone has clear communication. This job is where a decent amount of my customer service skill came from my reason for leaving was to move down towards Tri cities.

Cold stone was my first job i was employed for around 3 months in the summer of 22 my reason for leaving was school starting i was still in high school at the time. I completed store opening and closing procedures and balanced tills as well as morning production making the ice cream and icing the cakes. I got to learn the responsibility of having a job and balancing everything.
