IAs a Treatment Specialist I tried to develop and model healthy connections and relationships with kids from hard places, ages 6-18. Treatment Specialist provides care and supervision to the youth residents individually and in groups. This could range from helping youth prepare for and engage in daily educational and therapeutic activities as well as offering guidance and redirection. It also included participating in recreational fun, arts and crafts, meal times, and movie nights.
