Operations and Frontline Leadership Oversees all aspects of staff management and personnel aligned geographically within the Environmental Business Unit. Primary responsibility is to attract, develop and retain staff aligned the Environmental Business Unit. Effectively manages a team of 29 direct reports from diverse backgrounds, ranging from junior engineers and scientists to senior subject matter experts and technologists by aligning their success with that of GES and company. Accountable for the health and safety performance and utilization of delivery resources including staff satisfaction, operational governance and adherence to enterprise processes and policies.
