- Engaged in initiatives that are designed to get students excited about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM)
- Facilitated, participated and coordinated activities that promote good health practices. Some of the programs are the Charles Drew Blood Drive and partnership with the American Diabetes Association.
- Played an active role in support of the partnership by actively engaging in the promotion of the Fraternity’s Fatherhood Mentoring initiative.

- Mentored children of ages 6-17 that have been diagnosed with physical, mental, or emotional disabilities.
- Provided behavior management for at risk youths and mitigating issues among students.
- Led and participated in team-building exercises to engage other mentors and youths.
- Developed and scheduled youth activities, meal plans, chores, etc.; ensuring all youth adhere to the daily schedule of routine care and activities.
