I've worked with some great mold makers that have 20+ years in Mold Makers. The one thing they've always said not to cut corners and be proud of your work, If you can't be proud of it then why are you doing it?.
I've been with the same company since i started my mold making journey, learning injection molding.
Cut, grind parts check case depth. Qualify parts are good to start running production on them.
