I've worked with Matt for a little under a year and I've noticed how professional he is every day he comes to work. Since day one, I've noticed that he wants to work and would take any responsibility that we assign to him without complaints. He would always be the first person that would volunteer to. take on a task assigned by his manager. Matt is always on top of things, plus he won't get distracted when he's working in the Dining Room, or the Cafe at Meadow Lakes. He always comes to work with a very polite attitude, which is noticed by his peers, the residents, and the managers. Whenever Matt is in a stressful situation, he handles it very well, doesn't get overwhelmed easily. Matt is one of the hardest workers I've worked with and would highly recommend him. It was delightful working with Matt as a server here at Meadow Lakes.
