Matthew Kelley

I have been currently working as a Health and Safety Tech for ESGI. My role is servicing clients to meet OSHA standards which builds my communications, time management and many other skills. The reason I have been exploring the thought of looking into another job is because my boss has been talking about a 3 year plan of retiring, so thinking ahead I would like to find a career where I can start over and work my way up by building a future with someone rather then being without a job and trying to find a quick job.

• Managed client expectations and safety protocols while on hunting trips.
• Organized and maintained equipment for guided hunts.
• Provided guidance to clients in selecting appropriate firearms, ammunition, and clothing.

• Conducted periodic inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety regulations and tenant requirements.
• Developed and implemented effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.
• Assessed rental applications, conducted background checks, and approved or denied prospective tenants based on established criteria.

(Both of these Jobs were for the same person he just altered me through his companies and moved me to Nashville during the summer outside of hunting season to manage his real estate properties)
