In 2021, I began working at Noyac Golf Club as a caddie. After looping for the next couple of months, after Director of Outside Operations saw potential in me, I was offered a job on the Outside Operations staff. After my first season at the club, I was promoted to Assistant Director of Outside Operations. The club was rapidly growing, and I played a key role in updating procedures to ensure that a day of golf at the club ran smoothly for members and staff. I've continue to train not only new staff for the outside operation, but also caddies. In the past four years, I've played a key role in developing a unique and positive experience for the members.
