Matthew LaRose

-My job is to take shop drawings and find errors and improve construction methods, and then turn out a cut list for a beam saw, and cnc machining programs for all parts need to complete the construction of architectural fixtures and millwork items.

-I find inefficiencies in our production process, then engineer and design solutions to improve these inefficiencies.

-I oversee the 2 employees who work in our mill, and I supervise and assist them during complex setups and routine tool changes.

-I prepare AutoCAD drawings for submittals and I make modifications for approvals.

-Many times I do field checks and then I alter drawings to match field conditions.

-Sometimes I do material takeoffs at the beginning of jobs to ensure the correct quantity and types of materials are ordered

-I have acted as project manager for our company when needed on multiple occasions.

-Build fixtures and millwork items while strictly adhering to shop drawings shop drawings

-Mentored Apprentice cabinetmakers

-Lead several other cabinetmakers in order to complete larger jobs

-Follow the orders given by the journeyman and leadman I was assigned to.

-Customer Service Representative in the lumber, millwork, windows and doors department.

-Warehouse shipping and receiving, unloading trucks every morning and organizing products to be sent to the proper departments throught the store.

-Make pizzas according to customers orders, this was a high school job.
