· Led 12 personnel in upgrade training programs, instructed 288 core tasks ensuring a 30% increase of qualified mobile distribution drivers.

· Oversaw and expedited the issuing of 1.4 million gallons of Jet fuel for 101 B1 bomber hot pit refuels. Reducing the on-ground time by 66% enabling 2.1K additional flying hours.

· Coordinates and partners with 317th Airlift Wing loadmasters preparing $115K of fuel equipment to be loaded and deployed for combat flight missions in 2 areas of responsibility.

· Powered the 317th Airlift Wing flying hour program directing the delivery of 735K gallons of Jet fuel thus ensuring the transfer of 897 tons of cargo and 738 passengers.

· Directed refueling operations for the National Airborne Operations Center. Supervising16 Airmen on 62 refueling operations for POTUS command and control center.

· Managed Dyess Air Force Base fuel inventory, accounting for $15.5M/5.3M gallons of Jet fuel.

· Led daily closeout reconciling 3k gallons of Jet fuel sales. Ensured 100% billing accuracy for 1.2K aircraft totaling $14M across 3 Major commands.

· Ensured a $97M Defense Logistics Agency account, reconciling $49M of Department of Defense sales for 5 petroleum product grades.

· Fortified vehicle identification link key validation. Audited 33 flight letters consisting of a 395-vehicle fleet. Corrected 15 discrepancies, certifying 15K ground product transactions.

· Plans, organizes, schedules and directs 7 Bomb Wing, 317th Airlift Wing, and all transient aircraft fuel servicing support requirements.

· Ensured the accurate accountability of petroleum and cryogenic fluid recipes, inventories and sales of $130M annually.

· Synched Dyess AFB fuel operations. Over saw and directed the issue of 14.2M gallons of Jet fuel to 3.4K aircraft enabling 10k combat flight missions, $220M flying hour program.

· Hand selected for Presidential refueling team to ensure the safe delivery of fuel, enabling the president to continue his journey to the Vietnam summit.

· Powered Pacific Air Forces arctic hub. Issuing 1M gallons of Jet fuel to 411aircraft.Working with NATO partners to maintain air superiority and peace in the Pacific.
