Relocated to Columbus OH when operation at Red Wing Aviation merged with the operations in Columbus OH with Jet Edge and XO Jet then becoming Vista America. Daily operations of a Tactical Operation Controller consisted of several items.

• Aircraft dispatching and Weight and Balance Performance
• Irregular Operations; Diversions/Maintenance issues.
• Slots/Permits/Customs for International Trips.

Escalation would go to the Duty Manager that has operational control.

Supervisor of Flight Operations Analyst consisting of the duties listed below. Flight Operation Analyst would escalate any problems or issues consisting of Crew Scheduling, Crew Travel, Flight Approval or FAA Regulations and would escalate any issues with the manager of the OCC.

The Flight Operations Analyst role at Red Wing Aviation consisted of multiple roles including Crew Scheduling, Crew Travel, Flight Approval, and Flight Watch. Also included monitoring the FAA Regulations in conjunction with crew rest and crew flight time.

Dispatching aircraft under Part 121 Supplemental and Domestic operations for ATR42 and ATR72 for FedEx Express, and for 'Ohana by Hawaiian. Flight follower for C208's under Part 135 operations for FedEx Express. Operational Check Flights and Ferry Flights under Part 91 regulations.

Supervise the onload/offload of FedEx trunk aircraft, and ramp activities at the Fargo Ramp, FARR. Make sure the ramp activities are done in a thoroughly safe manner in accordance with FedEx policy.

Weight and balance in the Workbench system for trunk flights out of Fargo, A300/A310 and B757.

Same duties as performed in Fargo, just at a different location. Moved with the company to Fargo when FedEx ceased ramp activities in Grand Forks, ND in October 2016.

Inspecting, handling, and placing of hazardous materials in correspondence with DOT and FAA regulations.

The duties performed as a Material Handler were operating GSE / Ground Service Equipment around trunk aircraft and feeder aircraft, loading offloading aircraft, and the handling of packages and separating according to right service, and in the correct ULD / Unit Load Device.
