CAPSTONE DESIGN PROJECT
Collaborated with six classmates and two professors to design a mechanism for indexing a forming wheel used in the production of glass vials. Developed an engineering work package that detailed the complete process for implementing the design into the existing system at Corning. Served as the liaison and established a consistent flow of communication with the Corning team throughout the semester.

MANUFACTURING PROCESSES & SYSTEMS LAB PROJECT
Collaborated with a team of classmates over two semesters to design, manufacture, & assemble 330 units of a model Redhawk helicopter, which also functioned as a pencil sharpener. The helicopter featured machined, PIM, waterjet, & laser cut components. Gained valuable experience in MasterCAM programming, PIM mold design, waterjet cut path planning, SOP creation, & assembly cell design.
