• Responsible for the execution and adoption of Alteryx & Alteryx Server within L&D Measurement & Analytics . My team handles data automation, from etl to standard or rapid deployment models. Engineering systems, support and deployment with a range of tools including (Power BI, Microstrategy, Tableau, Alteryx, Sql, xAPI, RPA, Python, etc.) We work with learning strategist to provide just in time report between Cornerstone Ondemand, Watershed LSR, Workday and custom vendor integrations. We support reporting for NASBA regulatory requirements and auditing.

Manage the planning and development of design and procedures for metrics reports. Develop new reports and delegated tasks to team members. Investigate and conducted study on forecasts, demand, and trends. Consulting with/providing guidance to project managers on compliance standards. Creating management reports and L&E metrics for use by L&E, business unit, and market leadership. Analyzing trends to isolate defects or variations from standard and working with the Process & Reporting Team Managers to develop recommendations for improving quality and process.

Monitoring data quality within the LMS. Monitoring course compliance documentation for timeliness of submission, completeness, and quality of information. Follow up with project managers on missing or non-compliant information. Creating management reports and L&E metrics for use by L&E, business unit, and market leadership. Working with the LMS Admin team lead to ensure timely processing and quality of information processed by that group

Work with senior leadership, and other business stakeholders to diagnose organizational issues and propose strategic learning solutions. Manage projects from validation of requirements through deployment of solution, including analysis, design, development, and testing. Oversee the concept, development, and layout of the appropriate technical infrastructure required to deliver digital e-learning content. Interface with cross-functional work teams to streamline systems, enhance processes, and improve efficiency. Develop and deploy training reporting and feedback mechanisms. Contribute to strategic direction of LMS functionality and business processes. Confer as needed with third-party providers of educational materials and resources to ensure that they meet organization training goals and objectives.
