Matthew Posh

• Converted the main Electrical and Mechanical Transformer Design Program (and many other programs) from an IBM mainframe (Fortran IV) to a PC-based system (first to Fortran 77/90 and later to VB.NET). Developed this code over the past 20+ years implementing numerous electrical and mechanical calculation updates per advances in engineering design and manufacturing.
• Developed numerous standards (AutoCAD drawings and rules) for various transformer components in coordination with Engineering.
• Wrote a program to generate machine code for a CNC Router for dozens of different types of parts (many with complex geometric features) based on variable dimensions and quantities.
• Developed code to create 2D (DXF) models of various components of the transformer based on variable dimensions.
• Conducted extensive data analysis to create rules and equations used to optimize transformer design, manufacturing, and costing.
• Created numerous programs, databases, spreadsheets, and reports to assist Accounting, Procurement, and Production with managing and optimizing material and production to improve overall throughput.
• Worked with a team to create multiple databases and programs to automate the transfer of detailed part and BOM information from drawings and our design program into our ERP software.

Taught numerous Sunday School classes for children and adults. Developed curriculum for some classes. Small Group Leader. Served on the Board of Elders for three years.

Coached numerous youth sports teams (baseball, basketball, softball) both as head coach and as an assistant coach.
