• Conduct weekly APQP meetings internally and with customers
• Responsible for monthly meetings to ensure programs are in or under budget
• Estimate tooling budgets for new programs
• Responsible for supplier cost reductions and sourcing
• Accomplished $2M in savings and put systems in place to save over 20% on all Engineering Changes
