Manage and perform everyday tasks to keep the business running. Take care of customers and vendors as well as keep the team of employees working in sync to get everything done. Also repairs to refrigeration and other equipment.

Did inventory correction, ordering and control. Did all safety inspections and performed safety meetings at our local shop. Was in the regional safety committee involved with shop accidents, near misses and safety programs. Also was a liaison between vendors and insurance companies for repairs and law enforcement for severe accidents and impounds.

Operator a MICTOR machine and oversaw the inspectors on the line. Performed routine cleaning and small repairs of the machine. Doing quality inspections of product to make sure they are with specs and tolerances. Blueprint reading and machine set up accordingly.
