- Train and evaluate employees package handling performances and educate them in the key aspects of the UPS Hub operation.

- Oversee the designated responders in damaged materials program and procedures.
- Conduct daily and monthly audits for the Damaged Materials Program.

- Ensure that the Hazmat drums and containers are properly sealed and are stored in correct numerical order.
