National Sales Director Government Affairs
Leading, inspiring, motivating a team of sales professionals, focused on developing relationships and uncovering opportunities, with Federal Government to exceed targets I will contribute to and support the overall company strategy for assigned markets & be responsible for creating & executing a complimentary sales strategy including: sales quotas, compensation plans, key performance metrics, team operating models, supportive templates/tools, communication plans and other critical requirements dictated by the business and external market dynamics. Will lead a team consisting of sales professionals focused on this market exclusively. I will have to balance short-term and long-term vision/goals to support the business. In addition, Will be responsible for managing system-level opportunities (e.g. VISN, SAC) and developing key relationships with key points of contact defined by leadership.
I golf regularly with friends and colleagues. I camp seasonally with family and friends.
