
Building Automation Systems Superintendent with extensive knowledge in Building Automation Control Systems, electrical, mechanical, steam, hydronic, seawater, and sub systems repair with close to 29 years of hands-on experience and extensive educational training with UCSD.
Performed skilled journey level work independently and as a part of a
regular maintenance crew by servicing and repairing electrical, HVACR, and plumbing systems for over 240 residential units throughout multiple campuses. Often renovating cafeterias, residential halls, offices, activity centers, and campus housing. Developing material requests and cost estimates for assigned jobs. Maintaining and preparing work records. Assigned duties of building trades such as plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, boilers, and steam generator systems maintenance. Inspect all mechanical spaces, vaults, and rooftops for proper systems operations and facilities structural well being (i.e.under-floor raceways, bus ways, plumbing systems, structural damage and leaks). Conduct preventative maintenance, routine maintenance, making adjustments, recording machinery temperatures and pressures as needed. Respond to all alarms and trouble signals including fire and lift stations (i.e heat, smoke, ground faults, ansul system failure, and pump systems failure) including all subsystems maintenance.
