Sport Psychology Internship, 08/2024, 05/2025 (In Progress)- Working with WCU's sport psychology professor to create and execute a new Sport and Performance Psychology Internship program for the Western Colorado University Exercise and Sport Science major. Was an active participant in team information sessions, created mental training workshops, built working relationships with coaches and athletes, helped create a Mountaineer Mental Health Canvas page.
Studied psychology in Oahu, Hawaii for seven weeks, focusing on the deep rooted cultural values, mental health issues, and "aloha spirit" of the native Hawaiian population.
