I instructed associates on new processes, highlighting quality concerns and change points. I prepared and monitored documentation for training and audit purposes. I coordinated with Production Staff, Process Group, and associates on the new processes and changes as needed. I helped set-up the line according to the new precess requirements and model types.

As a Line Support Staff, I ran the day-to-day operations in my zone. I lead a team of associates including assigning daily tasks, monitoring safety, quality, training and assessments. I managed piston line, block line, and dressline. I fixed abnormals, ran machines, stocked parts, bypassed, and trained associates. I trained other Line Support Staff in their zones, assisting them through their training and as need arose.
