Responsibilities include: developing and maintaining relationships with key and strategic clients, facilitating execution of scope of work including complex project execution, plans, estimates, and schedule, monitoring performance of activities and completion of documentation, and driving all hiring-related activities for CLS Duke TUG Coastal Zones.

Perform right-of-way negotiations and encroachment removal activities on behalf of client in the West Coast territory of Florida. Various responsibilities include: basic property research for ownership as needed to support research team, entering and retrieving data into CLS LiNQ, troubleshooting active encroachments within Duke Energy's transmission easement
areas and the negotiating with landowners the removal thereof, and assisting with new hire and peer training.

Performed post-acquisition and closeout duties for Duke Targeted Underground Program North and South Coastal Zones, as well as Curative Master Lead role. Various responsibilities included: closeout of easement acquisition, rigorous property research for ownership as needed to support research and acquisition teams, and title document procurement.
