  • Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on all building equipment. AHU, RTU, heating/ chilled water system pumps, cooling tower motors and line shafts. Rebuild motors, converting contactor-controlled motors to VFD controls and integration them to BAS. Troubleshoot primary and secondary electrical systems, including low-voltage BAS controls.
  • Performed preventive maintenance and corrective repair to maintain buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds.
