Landcare and Garden Maintenance Foreman. Work with upper management in getting routed and packed up for the day ahead. Lead crew and participate in performing complete
lawn maintenance tasks such as: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, debris pick up, fine garden maintenance, etc. Driving a truck and trailer. Keeping complete and accurate time records for each job and all crew members. Use and proficiency with work place applications for vehicles/equipment, and time management. Ability to operate various types of mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, chainsaws, and a variety of power tools.

Park maintenance of over 100 miles of the Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area. This included vault toilet cleaning and stocking, weed control, parking lot and road maintenance, campground maintenance, trash collection, and tool maintenance, and the supervision of the seasonal maintenance employees. This job required upwards of 200 miles of driving in a shift, use of a variety of power tools including; chainsaws, weed whips, brush trimmers, circular saws, table saws, routers, jigsaws, planers, leaf blowers, lawn mowers, grinders and a variety of other tools.

Management of 12 properties in the Denver Metro area. This is included trash, mowing and weed control, mulching, irrigation repair/winter prep, landscape installs (cobble, mulch, crushed stone), fall/spring cleanups, and the ability to use a variety of power tools including: weed whips, zero turn mower, chainsaws, leaf blower, hedge trimmers, drills, augers, compactors, etc. Drove company truck and trailer.

Truck driver and crew leader for the landscape install crew. Our crew focused on hardscape projects and landscape installs. This included the building of retaining walls, fences, raised garden beds, flagstone patios and walkways, boulder installs, sod, low voltage landscape lighting, river rock/cobble, custom irrigation installs, irrigation repairs, and custom garden installs.
