In my Volunteering work for my church camps I was part of the background. I helped with transportation and heavy lifting. This year I earned experience in helping with planning for the kids camp.

I was put into position of responsibility. I was a Helper to a Leader of a group of young teens for this years camp.

I had the following responsibilities:

• Watching over the teens and managing their "schedules"
• Get everyone ready for different activities
• Be a helping hand to the Leader
• Befriending every child, so that no one feels uncomfortable or unsafe.

I also:

• Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others. Wether it be toward the teens or the other Leaders and Councilors
• Promoted environmental awareness with educational workshops and hands-on activities (Art and Wood-crafts).

• Supervised children during daily activities, ensuring safety and engagement.
• Maintained cleanliness and organization of play areas and toys.
• Assisted with homework, enhancing children's learning experiences.
• Played games, worked on puzzles, and read books to young children.
• Communicated positively with children and guardians.
• Organized and cleaned home after activities by picking up toys and straightening up play room.
• Reassured children when upset providing emotional support and stability.
• Handled conflicts between siblings effectively using conflict resolution techniques resulting in a more peaceful household.
