• I worked with several architects and contractors to obtain approvals for residential projects with various city departments. I also assisted in pulling over the counter permits for roofing and electrical jobs.

• I was the manager of a fundraiser for the Burbank ymca annual Christmas tree lot. My duties as manager were hiring and scheduling staff and ensuring retail operations run smoothly.

• As a designer/permit tech my duties were to generate leads and commitments for residential remodeling projects. I would work closely with customers to ensure their project was developed to their liking then I would assist with the approval and entitlements necessary to begin construction.
