We store pre-packed shipping container pods and tubs in a designated area, specifically stocked for pole-related needs, ensuring swift deployment for linemen. After transferring from Choctaw to Shawnee, I quickly adapted to department procedures, gained proficiency with new equipment, built positive relationships with colleagues, met expectations consistently, took on additional management responsibilities, and assisted other departments during staff shortages. Even under stressful workloads, I maintained composure to ensure smooth workflow, efficiently dispensing groceries to 15-25+ customers per hour before closing, and addressing customer concerns over wait times and stock availability. I multitasked by assisting customers on the phone while preparing orders and aiding with picking and dispensing tasks, all within the same shift.
