During storms that damage power lines and electrical components, our warehouse shipping floor enters "Storm Mode," supporting OGE Linemen. This mode suspends regular operations, focusing on picking, packing, labeling, and preparing materials for shipment. The shifts during Storm Mode range from 9-12 hours. We store pre-packed shipping container pods and tubs in a designated area, specifically stocked for pole-related needs, ensuring swift deployment for linemen. Moreover, we monitor and replenish pole kits and pod material levels, maintaining a seamless workflow to fulfill orders from linemen and other operators.
