- Read complicated blueprints for large assemblies, Ability to properly seal, Rivet, Hi-lok, Cold Press bushing into fittings
- Ability to change to tools for CNC Milling Machines
- Ability to calculate feeds and speeds, experience with cutter tools for CNC, Deburring parts that are completed from the CNC Mill, Experience with Router Mills, Conventional Mills and Lathes
- Background of Smaller Gantry style CNC Mills, Ability to keep a tight tolerance and measure said tolerance on CNC Milled parts
- Experience with reading CNC Code
- Knowledge of inspecting parts that I have created or milled, Usage of Precision Measuring tools such as, Calipers, Height Gauges, Scales, Micrometers, Pin Gauges, Protractors, Bore Gauges and Air Gauges for Hole sizes.
