PTOP Chair

Rolls-Royce North America Civil Purchasing

PTOP (power through our people) is a RR initiative bringing focus on 4 key pillars: community service, team building, appreciation, & charity.

Leading our 18-person committee I plan and execute numerous events throughout the year to engage the employees in Civil Purchasing, and get them involved in things outside of their day job which ultimately helps motivate them in their role.

Key annual events include:

  • 200 person employee appreciation day event featuring lunch and games at Eagle Creek Park.
  • Bi-annual volunteering afternoons with the Indianapolis Parks and Rec team refreshing and rejuvenating local parks.
  • Charity fundraisers by virtue of March Madness brackets and Chili Cook Offs, raising approximately $1,000 each year.
  • Employee golf scramble event.
