1. Manage all communications accounts (e.g. social media, website, third-party accounts) at the AHCA, including creating and formalizing where necessary;
2. Anticipate, formulate, create, and send appropriate and targeted messages via the AHCA's social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn;
3. Research and implement a social media scheduling tool to administer the above through a cohesive communication strategy;
4. Write pages for the AHCA Wix website, including but not limited to histories of Austin, updates and articles of AHCA events and programs, fundraising campaigns, and organizational information;
5. Draft communications via the Wix to the AHCA membership, mailing list, and board members;
6. Manage the donor database for the organization, including transitioning data to the new donor software, Little Green Light, uploading and updating confidential donor information, both historic and current, into the system;
7. Research communications platforms for long-term communications needs, (e.g. Mailchimp) assisting the director in determining long-term communication platform strategy; and
8. Assist the Executive Director in tasks related to the above.
