In my time with the Houston Zoo over the summer I accumulated over 150 hours volunteering with the Zoo. I assisted with guest engagement and the summer camp hosted by the Zoo. My supervisors were all impressed with my ability to engage in every task, my dedication, and my ability to process constructive criticism to produce results. I currently volunteer on my off time and am excited to continue my relationship with the Houston Zoo into the future.
- Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others.
- Represented organization positively and professionally while providing community with much-needed services.
- Communicated with staff members to stay informed about volunteer opportunities and events.
