I loved working at this amazing coffee and tea shop on Waverly Pl, but unfortunately I moved too far away to continue working, my responsibilities included:

• Making espresso-based and Tea based drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, and macchiatos according to established recipes and standards.
• Cash Handling and Square, Processing transactions efficiently and accurately using a cash register, handling cash and card payments, and providing correct change.
• Whisking and Serving Matcha, Lattes, Tea blends and Bingsoo Sundaes
• Monitor and restock inventory of tea blends, syrups, coffee beans and other supplies to ensure availability during peak hours.

• Learned multitudes of valuable culinary skills, including ( but not limited to). ordering food for food service, working cold line, hot line, and overseeing prep.
• Prepared multiple orders simultaneously during peak periods with high accuracy rate, maximizing customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
• Set up and prepared cooking supplies and workstations during opening and closing to maximize productivity.
• Created identical dishes numerous times daily with consistent care, attention to detail, and quality.

• Played Jazz music during a private events!
• Served an assortment of wines, cheeses, and charcuterie boards to customers and filled catering orders
• Performed opening and closing duties, ensuring the dining area was prepared for seamless service transitions.
• Cultivated warm relationships with regular customers.

Worked at a Local Jazz Club that I also performed at. Here I Prepared Drinks and Carried out orders to tables!

Monitored patrons for alcohol intake to appropriate levels and took measures to curtail inappropriate behavior.

Processed orders and sent to kitchen employees for preparation.

Worked with POS system to place orders, manage bills, and handle complimentary items.

And explained menu items and suggested appropriate options for food allergy concerns!
