I really enjoyed volunteering because not only was it fun, it taught me to give back to my community while teaching me the importance of being on time, being organized and listening to instructions.

Tutoring taught me patience and the value of considering others. I was proud to be able to help other students excel in their coursework and to help my teachers stay organized.

Doing both volunteer work and tutoring taught me about time management and about being committed to my word.
