Issue Lead for various legislative initiatives, i.e. biologics substitution; Lead the successful passage of Illinois's biomarker testing law (first in the nation); Deep engagement with stroke systems of care, oral parity, PBM, medicaid expansion, manufacturer's responsibility (take back), PDAB, and other pricing initiatives.

Lead in various nation-wide organizations: RGA, DGA, NAAG, DAAG, and CSG Midwest, BIO, PhRMA Section. State lead for IMA, IL Chamber, iBIO, THBI, MoBIO.

• Lead government consulting and lobbying firm with wide spectrum of clients, AT&T, Cardinal Health, Ameresco, DuPage County Board, Asian Human Services, Council on Long Term Care, St. Anthony's Hospital, Enterprise Car Rental, IL Hospital Association, Com Ed, et. Al.
• Developed and implemented public policy initiatives with political strategies to succeed in defending and pursuing legislation as sought by clients.
• Managed various office responsibilities in downtown Chicago and Springfield.

Represented various clients before IL legislature, Cook County Board and City of Chicago City Council.

• Developed and oversaw planning and daily actions of IL State Senate through meetings with Senate President, Chief of Staff, and four leaders.
• Presided over all Senate sessions; responsible for ensuring all actions complied with Senate Rules, IL Constitution and state statute.
• Consulted and guided Senate staff on rules, public policy, drafting legislation and amendments, and managed substantive staff members.
