I was a stay at home mom for the 12 years and just decided to go back to work in 2020. During those years of dedicating my time to my family I have learned many skills which include multi-tasking, communication, persuading, listening, research, organization, managing people, collaboration, organizing schedules, managing a household, managing finances, volunteering for my kids extracurricular activities. In 2020 I decided to go back to work because of covid my husband’s hours were cut back and to make ends meet without using our too much of our savings we decided it was the best decision for me to get a job so I applied to Walmart and was hired on the spot I was with them for about a year and a half and once schools opened back up I applied for multiple sub positions so I’ve been doing noon duty aide, child-care aide, healthcare aide(sped), and instructional aide. I’m currently permanent at a school site where I’m they have me cover all those various positions as needed.
