My most defining quality is my ability to connect to other people. Working in customer service at fast food allowed to think faster when assisting others. Working as a swim instructor broadened my horizons when adapting to different individuals personalities. In addition, I am a outgoing and understanding person, and that is what enables me have superb communicative skills.
I taught children from 3 months to 12 years of age. Many kids came from different backgrounds and all had different capabilities in the water. Due to this diversity, not only was I able to improve on interpersonal communication, but also catering towards separate children's needs.
I honed my communication and problem-solving skills while collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient service. Using these skills I was able to converse with upset customers and made sure I was able to solve their issues to the best of my abilities.
