The following are some examples of my past work. Please contact me for more information about these projects, or for more examples!

  • Was an integral part of a multi-year effort to improve the United States Postal Service's website, USPS.com, including work on the Informed Delivery tool, mail and package tracking, and the Postal Store.
  • Administered medical human factors evaluations of an intraoperative neuromonitoring system (IONM), blood refrigeration systems, dialysis devices, an ocular imaging system, a bedside blood glucose monitor, a negative pressure wound-sealing pump, and more.
  • Performed usability evaluations of print publications, the FAFSA application process, readability analyses, and focus groups for the U.S. Department of Education.
  • Took part in behavioral research on biometrics systems for the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
  • Conducted comprehension testing for a major credit card company, focusing on communications with cardholders (emails, notifications).
