I was allowed and trusted to do many more duties than the initial job description due to my acuity to learn and adapt to other responsibilities. These included but were not limited to:

• Responding to emails from clients, updating the bi-weekly data for the entirety of google’s WA campus’ for badge access. This included a usual couple thousand different badges from googlers that had to be added and removed across 3 different campuses.
• On the parking side of things I was trusted with the responsibility to lead my team in several events for directing and ingress and egress operations.
• I gathered a lot of knowledge quickly while working and this allowed me to act as what my manager called me; a swiss army knife. so any concerns or questions or unique issues such as accidents all fell under what I would be finding solutions for
• Lastly of course, I worked in tandem with my team to communicate to other googlers on site if their vehicle was in violation of certain guidelines and would find a solution accordingly.

• Utilized strong communication skills to effectively address customer concerns and provide solutions that met their needs.
• Demonstrated adaptability by quickly learning new systems, tools, and procedures as needed for optimal performance.
• Assisted clients with inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally for improved client relations.
• Handled challenging situations calmly and professionally, finding effective solutions under pressure without compromising quality of service delivery.

• Kept close eye on customers to quickly spot leaving guests and clear tables for future patrons.
• Enhanced customer satisfaction by ensuring tables were cleared and cleaned promptly after guests left.
• Maintained a clean and safe dining environment by sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and keeping walkways clear of debris.
• Assisted servers in managing their sections effectively, providing timely water refills and bread service.
• Supported the overall dining experience by setting up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, and linens.
• Worked quickly, communicated with other staff and always looked for better ways of completing tasks to improve productivity and keep tables ready for incoming guests.

• I was promoted to the position through working as a dishwasher for almost a year and in that time was able to climb the ranks for the promotion due to my diligence.
