• Support maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment including balances, centrifuges, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laboratory work benches.
• Prepare, schedule, and maintain study samples as per protocol requirements.
• Enter and manage data accurately in the clinic's electronic systems.
• Train new and existing laboratory staff on specific study tasks.
• Create Protocol Specific Worksheets (PSW) for incoming studies and oversee study setup.
• Proficient in TruCulture, PBMC, and PD processing techniques.
• Effectively communicate across all teams.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide necessary information.
• Create forms and AMIS (Analytical Methodology Information Sheet for Studies) as needed.
• Ensure quality control (QC) by preparing forms for laboratory tasks. reviewing or signing data as needed.
• Support the preparation of PSP for specialized laboratory procedures.
• Review and provide assistance with laboratory configuration.
• Assist and modify the laboratory schedule weekly.
• Procure and manage supplies required for both new and ongoing studies.
• Support in investigating and documenting deviations.

• Perform a full spectrum of technical activities related to the field of expertise.
• Prepare, collect, and process urine, blood, stool, spinal, and saliva samples from bioequivalence and/or Phase 1 studies.
• Prepare required buffer solutions for studies that require additives.
• Provide support with the maintenance and calibration of laboratory balances, centrifuges, refrigerators, and freezers.
• Maintain laboratory work benches.
• Support clinical studies by preparing and serving meals, managing restrictions as per protocols.
• Enter and manage data in the clinic's electronic system.
