This results in more unit and agency representation attending those classes, improving turn-in procedures, and avoiding discrepancies.
- Viewed and approved local turn-in appointments, scheduled through the Transportation scheduling system. Verified with the customers that all prerequisites were completed and approved before the appointment. The execution of successful appointments increased exponentially, and the capability of including more appointments rose from 8 a day to up to 12.
- Supervised entry points into the disposal offices and warehouses, signing in every visitor/customer, validating their credentials, and controlling their movements in an operationally secure process.
- Obtained, organized, and scanned processed up to 300 receipts daily into the record system for public access. Certifying the eDoc report sent to our document services for upload, and 100% accuracy.
