Teacher's Assistant

Job overview

While interning for Mrs. Covolo I have a lot of duties. I help with her classroom preparation by making copies, preparing supplies for lessons, and creating google forms and other platforms for students. I also get to do a lot of hands on with the students. Whenever we do a lab or a project I work around the classroom making sure that all the students have what they need and do my best to answer any questions they might have. On test prep days I help them with studying techniques.

My Family

Babysitter
01.2016 - Current

Job overview

When I was 10 I recieived a phone for Christmas and ever since then I have been a designated babysitter for family and close friends. I love babysitting because I love kids so it doesn't feel like a job to me. Depending on who I'm watching the job always differs. With my older cousins sometimes I am in charge of picking them up from places, getting them ready for things, feeding them, and dropping them off wherever they need to be. With the younger siblings I have to entertain them, change diapers, feed them, and clean up after them.

I have to coordinate meetings, events, and fundraisers. I also have to grow a relationship with each member on the officer team so they can feel confident beneath my leadership. I have to communicate with my advisor and team as well and other FFA members across the state.
