My station is the final process before truck is C'A and Shipped to customer.
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the Submerged ARC robot rail welder. To receive job orders of what size, length and how many pairs of rails needed welded for the shift. Had to be able to read blueprints to know what size weld and type of welding wire the job called for.

Responsible for welding all parts used to complete the carriage and mast assembly. Responsible for reading the welding and fitting blueprints of such parts.
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the glue line. Ability to apply and follow all lockout tag out procedures while performing maintenance on line. Responsible for setting line up for the different materials that the work order called for.
Responsible for receiving job orders, checking inventory to see if all materials where available to complete job orders. Loading and unloading materials onto trucks on the dock. Supplying the glue lines with all materials needed for daily operation.
Responsible for loading and unloading products on and off of trucks on the docks. Keeping freezer and blast hallway clean and product stored orderly.
Responsible for keeping daily logs of inmates movement on to and of of zone. Providing hourly inmate counts so prison can resume normal operations. Supervising inmates while on rec, in class and visitation.
Welding training and certification from ECC
