Recurring Volunteer/Member
Springs Ensemble Theatre
Colorado Springs, Colorado
11.2021 - Current
I am an active member of a SET, a flourishing theater in Old Colorado City.
In June of 2025, I was nominated to be a member of the company after performing, stage managing, and scenic designing for several of their plays throughout the years.
As a member, I extend my efforts to each show put on by the theater.
I assist throughout the entirety of a production.
Before a show opens, I contribute to set builds, painting, light hangs, and promotional materials.
I volunteer to usher and/or operate the sound and light boards during a show's run.
I promote current or upcoming plays on social media and in the community.
I help with disassembling the set after each show.
I attend monthly member meetings and other events relevant to the company.
I offer my creative input when needed and collaborate with like-minded artists to produce engaging and important stories for the community.
Project Assistant
The bARTer Collective
Colorado Springs, Colorado
05.2025 - 05.2025
I worked as a paid assistant for the bARTer Collective, a small group of artists who create art installations that thrive on public interaction.
For this specific installation, I encouraged passersby to engage with the prompt of telling us a foundational life story via a typewriter, which would then be posted on the collective's website.
I promoted the mission of the bARTer Collective: to receive art by giving art (a barter).
I assisted in setting up the typewriters for each participant.
I invited individuals to be as detailed and creative as possible when writing their stories.
I guided people through their writing process, helping them organize their thoughts.
I ensured the participants felt comfortable and open before sharing.
I prioritized their comfort throughout the entire process.
I advocated for the bARTer Collective and their purpose as an ever-evolving, multi-faceted artistic collaboration.

01.2024 - 12.2024
I led the UCCS Film Club's marketing campaign.
I aimed to expand the club's social media presence to increase student involvement.
I managed the Film Club's Instagram account.
I digitally designed weekly posts and virtual posters to promote the club's movie screenings.
I created posts promoting other events related to the club and the UCCS Film Department, such as competitions and festivals.
I crafted simple, yet eye-catching, Instagram posters to draw more visibility toward the club and the UCCS Film Department as a whole.
